Privacy Policy
STAM Archery ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to handling any information you share with us in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
Information We Collect
We collect only two categories of information:
- Anonymous analytics data. When you visit our site we record aggregated, non-identifying information about traffic patterns — pages viewed, referrer, browser type, approximate country. This uses server-side logging and does not involve third-party tracking cookies.
- Voluntary contact information. If you email us or fill in a contact form, we retain your email address and message contents solely to reply to your enquiry.
We do not require registration, do not track individual reader behaviour, and do not sell or share any information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to remember whether you have dismissed our cookie banner. No third-party advertising, remarketing, or behavioural tracking cookies are set by our site. Full details are in our cookie policy.
Affiliate Links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one and complete an action at the destination (typically registering an account or making a first deposit), the destination operator may pay us a commission. This commission does not affect the price or terms you receive. The affiliate tracking is performed by the destination operator using their own cookies once you leave our site — we do not receive any personal information about you as part of this process, only aggregated commission reports.
Data Retention
Analytics logs are retained for 12 months, then deleted. Email correspondence is retained for as long as it remains relevant to an active support thread, and deleted six months after the last reply.
Your Rights
Under Australian privacy law you have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Our site runs entirely over HTTPS with TLS 1.3 encryption. We do not store payment information, government ID, or any sensitive personal data because we never collect them. The most sensitive data we hold is email correspondence, which is stored in an ISO 27001 certified email hosting provider.
Third-Party Sites
Our site links to external casino operators and support services. When you follow one of those links you are subject to the destination site's privacy policy, not ours. We recommend reviewing the destination's privacy terms before creating an account.
Changes to This Policy
If we materially change how we collect or use data, we will update this policy and update the "effective" date at the top. For minor clarifications we will simply publish the revised policy. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
